Shipping

Most orders are shipped no later than next day.  However, all orders after Friday, 12pm CST, will ship the following Monday.  All holiday orders will ship the following business day.     

Most packages arrive within 6-8 days of shipping (sometimes sooner).  However, some parcels may take longer.  We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage, but will often use UPS Ground for larger packages.  Although both services are guaranteed to be delivered, neither service has a guaranteed delivery date.  This means that occasionally, delays will occur.  Please consult USPS and UPS for further details on those services.

We can upgrade shipping services if you need your package quickly.  Extra fees will occur.  Please contact us prior to purchasing to inquire about the additional shipping cost.  We never offer guaranteed delivery dates; we defer to the policy of shipping carriers.  Most services that offer "guaranteed" delivery dates are unreasonably expensive.

The Antler Store has never had a package completely lost, but sadly some packages do get delayed at shipping hubs.  This is very rare, but it does occasionally happen.  Claims can be filed after 30 days of shipping.  However, we've never had a package later than 3 weeks.  Please understand these delays are not cause by The Antler Store.  Delays are caused by the shipping carrier.  The only way to completely avoid this is to upgrade to "guaranteed" delivery services.  Keep in mind, those services are often unreasonably expensive.
